Our Terms and Conditions below comply with UK legislation and are designed so that you can shop with
confidence and ease. We want you to understand who we are, how we provide goods to you and what you need to do if you change your mind or cancel.
Please read carefully before you complete your purchase. We will ask you to confirm that you have read and understood our terms and conditions. If you are unsure our customer service team will be happy to answer any questions or go through with you before you purchase, or you may wish to ask a friend or relative to assist you

Placing an order and payment on line
This is done by clicking on the item you wish to purchase, and it will be placed into your shopping cart. Any delivery charges, if appropriate, will also be shown when you check out
When you proceed to check-out, we will need to ask you some additional information regarding eligible for VAT exemption. Please complete the form and you will not be charged VAT at checkout. If you are unsure whether you qualify click this link VAT explained. If you are not eligible click on the not eligible button and VAT will be added
We accept payment by VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo, Switch, PayPal and by debit card. You must pay for the goods before we dispatch them.
We do not keep details of your cards as payment are made via our card processing company. See our Security and Data Protection Policy
When you have completed your purchase, we will confirm that we have accepted your order by sending you confirmation and an invoice.

Purchasing on our premises
Customers who purchase directly after visiting our premises and test drive their purchase have no legal right to return or cancel an order unless the goods are faulty, damaged or have been miss-sold.
Please note Customers are encouraged to spend whatever time they require at our premises to undertake a comprehensive assessment to ensure the suitability of the product for their use as we are unable to accept returns because of a change of mind.
Delivery
Personalised deliveries will be costed and in some instances there may be no charge but whatever arrangement is
made and agreed, it will be confirmed in writing including a prearranged date for that delivery to take place.
If you have opted for a personalised service and no one is available at your address to take delivery at the time notified to you the goods will be returned to our depot. You should contact us to rearrange delivery and an additional delivery fee will be charged at £120 including VAT.
Our standard delivery arrangements apply to the UK mainland only. We will discuss arrangements and an agreed delivery date and confirm them. You will need to sign for your purchases, so it is important that you are able to take delivery as arranged. It is important that you notify us of any issues that could affect delivery . If no one is available at the address at the agreed time and the goods need to be returned an additional delivery charge will be payable
IMPORTANT – When signing for your delivery please check your packaging for any damage and inform the courier, if possible, take a photograph. Please keep the original packaging in case you need to return items
Delivery will normally be within 14 days however there may be times when certain items are out of stock in this case, we will contact you to advise you when the goods are available. If the expected delivery date is unacceptable, we will refund your payment in full.
Cancellations and Returns when purchasing on line
If you have paid for goods as a consumer via our website, you are entitled to cancel your order up to 14 days from the date you ordered. This is called the cooling off period. A refund of the full amount will be made within 14 days of cancellation. If during this period, the goods have been dispatched and delivered, you will have a further 14 days from the date of delivery to return them provided you have complied with our returns policy

We want all our customers to have a great shopping experience with us however we know that there may be occasions where things can go wrong, and you may wish to make a complaint. Any complaint will be dealt with within 14 days of receipt. As members of BHTA an arbitration service is available
Warranties
The goods purchases are warranted from the date of delivery against faults arising due to defects in manufacture
of materials according to the Warranty stated on your order.
The warranty does not cover wear and tear items such as batteries, upholstery or other items that may need replacing due to normal wear and tear or misuse of the product.
Under the sale of goods act, The Warranty is between Mill industries Ltd (The Seller) and you (the buyer of the goods). In most instances the manufacturer of the goods will underwrite the liabilities of the seller where applicable.
You may wish for a personal delivery and demonstration service and we will be happy to provide you with costs.
